First weekend has gone well, two training session in the pool with just over 4k covered. Played in the annual old boys polo match this afternoon and that is enough for three sessions rolled into one – you forget how tough that sport is.
So back to work tomorrow and to fit in a couple of runs – I may even cycle to lifeguard training if the weather is reasonable!
Oh and I am still dry of alcohol – 3 days done. Will a week back at the mad house push my limits on this score??? One way to find out…..
